Aluminium Foil Laminating consists basically of combining a web or sheet of aluminum foil with one or more other materials, such as paper and plastic films, using Plastic Extrusion bonding. The resulting product is a sandwich of three or more layers, e.g., foil/ Plastic Extrusion material /and another material. For the most part, aluminum foil is laminated on web-fed, rotary equipment. which also frequently includes a coating unit for coloring or otherwise pre-coating the aluminum foil.

Many radiant barriers are made of metalized surfaces, which reflect about 50 to 60% of heat radiations. Our SunPro radiant barrier is a pure aluminium foil with a minimum radiation reflection of 95% (and up to 99%). In addition our extensive Research and Development activity allowed us to innovate, producing a high density polyethylene woven structure. This synthetic structure is much more resistant to moisture than paper based foil and is highly resistant to tears. As the main goal of our radiant barriers is to protect Indian buildings from external heat, only the external face is reflective to the radiation. Our SunPro® Multilayer laminated Al.Foil insulation are mainly used under roof decking, under attic rafters, over existing attic insulation, in floors, walls and crawl spaces, and in industrial and commercial buildings to block radiant heat coming into house through the roof during the summer and retain indoor heat generated during the winter.
